Bronx
Community College worked for two years to put together this manual
about developing a quality EL/Civics program. This EL/Civics
“How-to” Manual includes guidance on developing and managing
an EL Civics Program, curriculum development, successful instructional
strategies, and information about useful print and media resources.
BCC requests that their downloadable manual not be edited or
modified, but used as is.
